All hosting services have a 30-day money back guarantee. Please log into the Client Portal andopen a customer care ticket if you would like to request a refund.
Domain Registration Refunds
As required by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), there is a five (5) calendar day "Add Grace Period" (AGP) for newly registered domains. This policy is documented here. After the grace period, domains are not refundab and will be active for a period of one (1) year from the date of registration.
